Diabetes NZ Healthy Plate
The Diabetes NZ Healthy Plate, supplied in sturdy cardboard for easy reference, uses both pictures and words to demonstrate healthy portion sizes. English, Te Reo Māori, Samoan, Tongan, Chinese, Hindi, Punjabi and Cook Island Māori.

Please note that we will issue an invoice for the cost of the pamphlets (including and postage and packaging) following their dispatch. Cost is based on quantity of pamphlets ordered.

$35.00 (between 201 and 300 pamphlets)
$45.00 (between 301 and 400 pamphlets)

$85.00 (between 601and 800 pamphlets)
$105.00 (between 801and 1,000 pamphlets)
