Diabetes New Zealand's Annual General Meeting.

Wednesday 27 November 2019.

To be held at The Spencer on Byron Hotel, Takapuna Beach from 10-11 a.m.

At the 2018 AGM of Diabetes New Zealand Inc, the membership passed a resolution to dissolve Diabetes New Zealand Incorporated and form a Trust.

This will be the final Annual General Meeting for Diabetes New Zealand Incorporated in order to approve the Annual Report and Financial Statements before it is dissolved.

The Trust has now been formed - “Diabetes New Zealand” and the assets and liabilities transferred from Diabetes New Zealand Incorporated. To complete the financial year for Diabetes New Zealand Inc, we are required to hold an Annual General Meeting.
