Diabetes NZ Healthy Plate
The Diabetes NZ Healthy Plate, supplied in sturdy cardboard for easy reference, uses both pictures and words to demonstrate healthy portion sizes. English, Te Reo Māori, Samoan, Tongan, Chinese, Hindi, Punjabi and Cook Island Māori.

Please note that we will issue an invoice for postage and packaging following the dispatch of the pamphlets.
When making payment, please include your invoice number so we can process your order as quickly as possible.

$15.00 (Between 21 and 100 pamphlets)
$25.00 (between 101 and 200 pamphlets)
$35.00 (between 201 and 300 pamphlets)
$45.00 (between 301 and 400 pamphlets)
$55.00 (between 401 and 500 pamphlets)
$65.00 (between 501 and 600 pamphlets)
$85.00 (between 601and 800 pamphlets)
$105.00 (between 801and 1,000 pamphlets)
